We are not a volume shop. We take on a small number of engagements so we can stay close to the problem: how the work happens, who it happens for, and what “better” would actually look like on a busy day.
Philosophy
Most software fails quietly. It ships, it looks finished, and then people go back to the spreadsheet because the product did not respect the workflow.
We treat that as a design problem, not a training problem. If the system needs a manual to survive first contact, we have not finished.
